Took this with the K10D and the 18-55 kit lens at my brothers wedding. Edited it in Silkypics 3.
I wish I could get the background a bit more out of focus, but it prints ok at A3. (I did not own the 70-300 lens at that time).I do not know how to copy the EXIF data from SP yet but as soon as I do I will post it. The camera was simply set to auto everything. No skill required on my part thankfully!
Pentax K10D 18-55 Kit Lens, Sigma 70-300, Photoshop CS (for now).

You could do the background blur/focus in CS3 in many different ways, try a few a see what suits your shot/taste the best.
