I take it the focal point is ment to be the star on the sticker, but I find the bright red really distracting and drawing my eye away from it. You could try selectively colouring the red to a grey, or crop the image to a portrait orientation and lose the red left hand side altogether.

I quite like it, but I'd clone out the red spot ( traffic light? ), I find that a bit distracting.
Getting there! Thanks to you guys

It is a strikingly different picture and shows that you do not need bright light to make a photo.
To me the highlights in the sky at top left cause the main distaction. If you could gain some highlights in the water drops below the star sticker, then it would add more interest.

Thanks for the comments guys;
The star was an excuse to have the red light out of focus so I am happy if your eye slides away to that area.
Not sure about losing that single red circle - I think I'll try that and see how it goes.
I wish I could have had some life in the water droplets but it really was dark and the only other sources of light were car tail lights and traffic lights (the red circle is one I think).
As a side note I am really liking the f2.8 50mm Sigma macro I bought recently. Seems a nice general purpose lens as well as macro. This was shot about 1:5 I think.
