More Flash Fun on Pentax

I think thats a great idea and would certainly buy it.
I would even volunteer my services if you want any pics taken of certain setups and settings to use as examples. (pictures speak a 1000 words as they say)
As to what you can charge for it and going from E-Books i have purchased in the past I think around $15/$20 should cover it, what do you think:
I know your guides have helped me immensely in the past, as well as others, so i believe it will be a winner.
Would you have to get Pentax's permission : They may even buy it from you.
You have to take into account though that you may not be so willing to give advice here on the forum when the flash questions come up

Meantime before your book comes outPress the Fn button and the down arrow to select the flash mode...

I have tried the above method and it seems the shutter speeds are too slow and underexposed at say 200iso, plus you dont get the pre-flash which I thought tells the flash how much exposure to flash. what am I doing wrong please?
PS) Are you saying this would be best for using in daylight situations maybe and not for indoor shots?
Seems the only decent correct exposures I am getting at the moment is when
I set camera to AV mode, 200iso, White Balance Flash, Camera Flash Mode set to 'slow-speed sync+Red-eye and flash gun in P-TTL.
Tupperware arrived today and it does make for a more natural light, very nice

Lilly - erm, if the shutter speed is too slow at ISO200, then increase the ISO. If you aim for a low ISO in a dark place then eventually you'll run out of power in the flash and the image will be very dark!
For indoors, personally I aim for ambient at around -2 stops, so that will often involve shooting at ISO800 or ISO1600 even. Sometimes I even need to shoot f/2.8. Asking the flash to fill in 3, 4, or more stops between ambient and "correct" is often asking too much
Anything more than 2 stops difference makes for a very harsh flash shot, IMHO. Keeping the difference within 2 stops is great for general use and means that flash isn't dumping 100% power on every shot, so your shot-to-shot times are greatly reduced

I read that you have ordered a K20D.
It may be a good idea for you to get to grips with the flash on that and then incorporate the K20D into your your forthcoming e-tome,

I was away last weekend so I missed this - yes, I'd buy it too.
