LR4 has a few bugs
k-5 IIs, Pentax 60-250, 17-70, 100macro WR, 50mm F2,
AF50 F1.4, Siggy 10-20, Siggy 100-300 F4, ..Pentax Af 160 ring flash
is your LR4 an upgrade or full copy,
It's an upgrade
If you're thinking of getting LR4 I'd wait.
I've just started using it and found a few bugs.
The develop module seems slower than LR3 and I can no longer use dual monitors, if I try and go to develop module when using dual monitors LR4 hangs.
Lets hope Adobe can fix these bugs soon!
LR4 develop module is quicker than LR3 here. I get no hangs using develop module with dual monitors either. That's not to say there isn't a bug with the latter than only manifests itself on your system though
I've heard various conflicting reports with LR4, but that was the same with LR3.
Lightroom is a database based program and any slowness is down to disc activity. Important not to have realtime virus programs that hook into file transactions or any windows, nero, Office indexing functions enabled.
Nero's indexing service really slowed LR down for me until I removed it.
I'm loving LR4, the geo-tagging module and the book module are great. Plus the quality of the new 2012 process version is better. You don't get the haloing that you had with the fill light now.

What other bugs have you found?

I've found it is just generally slower than LR3, it doesn't feel as smooth to use, when switching between modules LR4 hangs for 3-4secs.
It's not all bad news I like the photo tagging and soft proofing.
Yes, LR4 has some bugs. Perhaps all the bugs are worked out of the original LR and those who are concerned can use that. Me, I'm sticking with LR4.

So you haven't found 'a few bugs', you've found just one bug.
LR4 is overall more responsive than LR3 here, but I had intermittent sluggishness with LR3 and it was always disc access that was the culprit.
But slowness has been an overall complain about Lightroom since it was first released

When I've time I'll sit and list the bugs, I just thought I'd warn people that I haven't had a good experience when upgrading from LR3 to LR4.
If you look in the adobe forum you'll see there are a lot of bugs being reported.
Smeggypants do you have shares in Adobe?

I've just created a new catalogue in LR4 and don't get the dual monitor problem. The problems must be something to do with the catalogue update process.
No I don't have shares in Adobe.

btw - I've come across the dual monitor bug. All my catalogues aren' new but updated versions. However I've found that the dual monitor bug manifests itself here when I'm working RAW/DNG files and not JPGs or TIFFs. Hence why I didn't find it before.
