Location

Any ideas for a coastal location - the theme for our local photography group's monthly challenge is 'coast' so I'm looking for a good location within a couple of hours drive from Manchester.

Boats pulled up onto the beach was the idea that I had but finding a location is proving a problem.

Might give me the chance to play with my new toy as well, refurb K10d from Srs microsystems should arrive tomorrow

Up towards Fleetwood there are inlets with lots of beached and rotting boats. And lots of mud. There are a variety of locations that offer amazing photographic possibilities.

Whitby lovely coast line even when the sea is rough you get great seascapes..
