live view mode vs lock up

I use the 12 second delay, which automatically turns off SR and locks up the mirror prior to the exposure being made. I use 12 seconds to make sure any vibrations from handling have died away, but 2 seconds will achieve pretty much the same.

The Mirror is in the up position in order to use Live View in the first instance.
