Nice shot. I recognise an effect like the Bleach Bypass in Color Efex pro. Wouldn't surprise me is that was used on it

Not really my cuppa as it looks a tad artificial to me, maybe over-processed? It would have been interesting to see him go in slightly closer and use natural lighting only. The present framing is a little fussy, perhaps more suited to a portrait of a woman. But I guess I respond better to photographs that are a little raw. Anyway, hats off to a very accomplished work.
