lens shopping

Could anyone tell me where the good camera shops are in the Oxford/Cotswolds area.
Arriving early May and hoping to pick up a 70-200 sigma as they dont go on sale here untill after i leave.

Morris Photo in Chipping Norton (www.morrisphoto.co.uk) are normally well stocked, although it looks like they don't carry Sigma lenses. Might be worth calling ahead and seeing if they'll order one in for you.

Failing that, if you're staying in Oxford then you're only an hour or so drive from SRS (www.srsmicrosystems.co.uk) in Watford - as recommended by many people on this forum.

Thanks Hefty, Chipping Norton is my parents home town, will be based there for 6 weeks.

I too was going to suggest a trip through the Chilterns to Watford. Make a change from the Cotswolds
