Don't worry, the extra-sensory perception experts on here will soon work out which camera you are talking about and fix it automatically over the ether.

I think you're referring to a message which appears briefly before the camera shuts down? I have the same difficulty

George - settle! (although your point is salient and made with some wit )
First move would be to try another lens. If the fault is still apparent then the body is suspect, otherwise, the first lens.
I would try cleaning the contacts on body and lens with a clean dry tissue.
