As you may have seen I have started to sell my equipment in the classifieds as I have gone full frame.
This was a very tough decision to make but alas I have.
My Pentax journey has been long good but ultimately I need full frame and cannot wait for Pentax to come up with a full frame body.
Thanks for all the support the users of Pentaxuser forum have given me over the years and the critique which has helped me as photographer and hopefully I have also helped some people along the way.
Regards
Gary
Good luck Gary and thanks for commenting on my photos in the gallery.

Not yet it was £679 from amazon and nikon give a two year warranty. If I buy a specific lenses I also qualify for nikon pro backup so I can't really see it being an issue.

Sounds like a refurbed unit then, one of the ones Nikon took back and had the shutter unit replaced. Or a fire sale because there is the D610.
Good luck with your Nikon gear, and speaking as a D3 user, the grass ain't always greener

Either way for the price it made ff an affordable option for me. If I don't like it I can always comeback when Pentax bring out their own ff body

Enjoyed and respected your contributions.
Given your chosen genre, I am really, really surprised it has taken you this long. Brand loyalty over common sense me thinks!
One of the very few contributors on here, as far as I can tell, that will actually seriously and professionally benefit from 35mm sensor.... rather than just wanting/wishing and whining for one.

I to am sorry to see you go, enjoyed your event images a lot.
On a meow note, you may come to hate nikon skin rendering (it's so hard to get right especially in LR) and CLS is not all it's hyped up to be if you in a room bigger than 10ft square.
