Nice set Kev.

You seem happy with the narrow DOF the 50mm f1:1.7 gives (assuming you're using this lens).

Thanks, HG. You are correct, I am using the 1.7 on the 50mm lens. I love the dof it creates. I would love to get more lenses and play around a lot more, I really enjoy being creative with my photography.

You'll be upsetting the b&w boys, they can't see the beauty of nature!

Lol, thanks, walkeja.

I do shoot b&w pics myself though, and have done with these very same plants, but with the b&w shots I'm focusing more on shadows rather than the subjects creating them. I'll post some soon.

B&W, for me has to be film.

Digital conversions usually look, to me, to be soft. I prefer a heavy grain that only film seems to give.
