Nicer set as always Andrew but I just love that yellow door! Excellent one.

Thanks Kris.

I find not taking photographs to be the problem in a place like this.

One could return day after day and find more things to shoot.
Best wishes,

Andrew

Wow - I love the mono shots with a warm tint - they look so... warm! fantastic. I'll go somewhere like this one of these days...

Great stuff as usual

Number 9 I would clone out the part of an arch in the top left corner, otherwise its another excellent set Andrew, I cannot make up my mind which I like the best.

Lovely set, been there during my sailing days, brought back a few memories,

I too love the yellow door. Were the fishing nets and floats not very colourful? I'd have preferred that one in colour I think. Agree about the arch in # 9, and maybe that one would work in B/W?

Cropped and better, I think.

Coloured original. Different.

Some nice scenes here, Andrew.

That door is excellent. I see a lot of things in that like an abstract face with a smile, nostrils and a winking eye. The colours are really nice, too.
This would make a beautiful print for the wall. I really like it a lot, it holds a lot of interest and is amusing.

Thanks Paul,

I'm really drawn to things which artlessly bear the marks of time and weather. Must be psychological!

Hey. I love no. 1, and also like the black and white shot with the pile of nets and ropes. Lovely stuff... what a dreamy place... absolutely extraordinary how the buildings go right down to the sea!

Really nice images these, and what an awesome looking place to visit

That shot cropped certainly works much better, it frames the scenery nicely.

1 and 2 are my favourite I think, with 8 and 9 a close second, the composition in these shots is really good.

Wonderful work Andrew,

You should be doing freelance work for the holiday brochures.

Just someone make me an offer, I'd bite their hand off!

Thank you everyone for the positive remarks, as always, it's much appreciated. You'd have to be incompetent or soulless to take bad pictures in such a place!

Posting photographs on this site means a lot to me and, I'm sure, has improved the standard of my work.
Best wishes,

Andrew
