K7 for nothing

A subsidiary of Jessops is selling K7s for nothing, but they will not accept my order from outside the UK.

I was too cautious and didn't get one at 225 which would have been a steal.

Something Fishy there. I tried but it said the seller was on Holiday and not accepting orders. When you click other items for sale you get 0
I'm in the UK although some people wouldn't class Wigan as the UK

I think it was probably a genuine error on their part. Who knows?

I suppose they could have just sold out but it still seems very dubious to me - why would anyone give K7s away when they go for £700 new?

They probably put the COST PRICE by mistake?

I tried buying a telly online the other day from Cu**y* with the 5% disc. code and it dissapeared so I went down to the shop and they had 7 in but couldn't accept the disc. code, so I left it. The telly still isn't re-listed on the website so I'm trying to order one from J. Lewis but that's also looking impossible. They sent me an email with the header "Your product has come back in stock" which won't pass a spam filter. Had a big long line to click on that had spaces in it and therefore didn't work. The webpage still shows out stock and the telephone people can't take the order I'll try M&S next.... very difficult to buy stuff in this country

Well I took a punt, along with a DF-A 100mm macro at £120

@Mike - I shall be curious to see how it goes. I think it might have been a genuine error that they may honour. If so I will be sick as the proverbial parrot.

I missed the new K-7s so grabbed a used (pristine) body with 18-55mm lens for £225. Under the seller regulations I have 7 days to return it if its scratched to buggery anyway.

Looking back they had af360 flashes for £40 as well

wow, thats ruddy good, just hope you get it now.

By the time I had logged in . . . . they'd all gone.



I did get a 4Gb SDHC card for less than £4 though, with free P & P.

got some cheap stuff on there but cant see the sdhc card?

just looked at the completed listings.... that's nineteen K7's @£219 sold in under 3 hours - wonder how many will re-appear on Ebay next week at £500....
