K5 flash & triggers

Hi all, is it ok to use a sigma 610 dg st flash gun with cactus v5 triggers with my K5 if so are there any pro's and con's.

With radio triggers you can use just about any flash. The Cactus V5's work OK with Pentax cameras as far as I know, you'll need to get a handle on totally manual operation to get the best from it all though..

Yep you can use pretty much any flash, but make sure it has manual power settings. You can use most types of triggers too. AFAIK none support PTTL. I went for the ultra cheap Chinese ones off ebay. I use Minolta 4000AF flashes which are dirt cheap and have 5 power settings.
