Yes. I use "full frame" lenses on APS-C all the time. Your field of view is narrower because you are using less of the image circle.

Once you get over the initial surprise of the heft, you will love it. I know I love mine. As good as the 50-135 is IQ wise, the 70-200 is that bit more everywhere as far as I can see. Enjoy.
