Well here is the official update, there is a readme.txt file inside that explains perfectly how and what.
Difference between windows or mac is simply the file it's pack in.
win = .exe file
mac = .zip file
What's inside is the same so take your pick, I find zip easier personally.

Just checked my latest K20 body (one of the last available) and it had ancient firmware on it, so now updated to 1.03.

Numpty question of the day time, but cannot find an idiots guide on the pentax website.
Have a new 20d - with firmware 1.01 on it. I can download 1.03 which improves shake reduction from Pentaxs website.
How do I get it from the interweb into the camera. I am guessing DL and save to SD card and go from there? What are the next steps?
