Hi Scott, with the 18~55vr It's £359, the deal I have is with the 18~200 only,is £390, I know the 200 has 11 point metering and the Nikon has 3 point metering , I only use center weighted so that's not an issue,
I was also reading today samsung GX10 is really a Pentax K10 rebadged, this is all getting confusing . I'm tempted to have a change, My daughter is after the K100d sigma and kit lens, at 10 years old she is keen on photography so guess where the k100d going.

is this deal second hand paul, as the 18-200mm vr nikon lens is over £500 on it own,

and yes the samsung gx 10 is a rebaged k10d same as the samsung gx20 is a pentax k20d, also the build quality of the gx10 will be alot beter than the d60 and the d60 is not weather sealed and no top lcd display,, i know where my money would go,

I notice the GX10 body is still listed by Park Cameras at £289 if you google Park GX10, even though their site has it at £319. They honoured the cheaper price for me.

Are ou saying that the 18-200mm VR is £390 or the D60 plus 18-200mm VR is £390?. Either way its a good deal as the lens on its own at SRS is a touch under £600.

NEW 18~55 VR and a D60 is £359 everywhere, including Harrods when I went there Friday, My deal was a new D60 body, and a shop demonstration 18~200VR lens, that's the deal £390

I've just looked on a search engine and I think you all have been spending to much time with Pentax NEW Nikkor 18~200, you say are from £600/800, I just look on the search engine, New 18~200VR by nikkor prices £350.00,£390.00,£410.00, £525.00,THAT'S NEW. I'm amazed at you,honestly.

D60s were 250 quid in PC World at one stage! Unbelievable - nearly bought one myself when I went in to play with a Pentax K200D! It did not feel as solid as the Pentax though.

As I said earlier I've been loaned this camera ,new out of it's box plus the lens, the manager of the shop is my neighbour, so as it seems such a good deal I'm going around there with a cheque imediateley.

paul where is the one for £350, i found one for just under £500 the rest are over,
