k-r replacement batteries?

I'd go for a second Pentax battery, others will opine that some cheaper ones are just as good.

i used this one and its working fine link, i also had cheap batteries from China (bought from Ebay) but they were of no use.
Bodies: K3 (Gunmetal Limited Edition) & K30
Pentax lenses: DA 18-250mm,FA 50 1.4,, DA 35mm F2.4
Sigma lenses: 17-70mm 2.8-4.5 DC Macro,24mm 2.8 Superwide II AF, 50mm 2.8 Macro,50-150mm f2.8 DC EX HSMII , 70-200 2.8 EX APO
Falcon 8mm Fish eye + Old manual lenses
Flashes: Pentax 360 fgz, Metz 48 Af-1, Pentax Af 280T
Pentax lenses: DA 18-250mm,FA 50 1.4,, DA 35mm F2.4

I also have a charger of the same make. Both Battery and charger were OK.
Can’t remember from which supplier purchased, but it would not have been Ebay.

ya i used couple of 3rd party batteries one from China (ebay) and another from a Uk seller, but i find (blue max) battery of excellent value and quality.

Hi,
call SRS listed on here who have excellent alternative batteries at reasonable prices. I can't tell the difference between usage of the kit battery and their Hahnel one in my KR
Mention Pentax User as they are very supportive of this Group.

I bought two of these and so far they have been excellent, lasting longer than the Pentax one.
