She couldn't understand why the current offer had been passed to an outside agency either but promised to look into it and call me back. Within an hour she calls, I am advised that the bank transfer has been implemented so job done

Thanks for that I also spoke to Kirstin Bell at Pentax she has organised cashback for me should have happened by now but has not so contacting again on Tues
