I've replied to your PM on this JudithAnn, in summary I'd buy the Pentax Adapter K, the extension tube set and the Helios lens. If you don't already have a telephoto lens then also consider the Soligor 90-230mm zoom (but be aware it's not likely to be all that great).

Got the three pieces tonight....Now to learn something new.

i did attach all three to the K-m and had an uneducated go at it...IT WAS SO FUN!!!

Too cold for BUGS here....and it was also night by the time I got them home...so everthing was taken in just room lighting.

I have NEVER used anything like this...so I must read and learn now.

I am thrilled to have bought them. The seller decided to sell the whole package tomorrow...so I offered her $50 instead of $40 for the three peices...she was keen to make an extra $10...after you told me it cost $100 for the adapter it seemed worth it. All peicie were very well cared for...excellent condition...makes me wonder if it was used at all.

If nothing else, you should grab that Mount Adapter K (if it's the official Pentax one) because the official price is now £64.99 ($105.20 Canadian) here in the UK and (although probably not as bad) has presumably had a price hike in Canada too.

I can see you've started to catch the macro bug already - don't forget when the novelty of that starts to wear off that the Helios is also a pretty nice portrait lens in its own right (minus the extension tubes of course!).
