Is the Pentax a Pro System?

It might be a little simplistic but I thought it was the photographer who was the professional, not the camera.

Okay, so in certain fields of professional photography (e.g. sports), there are going to be certain requirements which dictate kit to a degree, but surely the most important bit of kit is the photographer's eye for what makes a good shot.

But then I'm an amateur, so I might be wrong.
If you can't say something nice about Pentax, you won't say anything at all.

Apparently.

It may be a simplistic view, but it's also true. I see no harm in speaking the truth plainly.
