You may have guarantee problems, but otherwise it is identical.
You can set up the language of choice etc. You will need to source a UK cable for the charger, but the charger itself isn't a problem - it is multi voltage.

I've bought a so called grey import Nikon. It came with a 3 year warranty from the seller, so no issue. As said, identical otherwise.

Just remember if you do have a problem you may have to send the item back to Hong Kong or wherever it originated from in order to get warranty service.
If you buy from an overseas seller you wont be covered by much of the UK consumer legislation so if you do buy make sure you use a credit card and not a debit card or paypal.
I prefer to always buy from a UK seller who also has a physical store. I have found over the years that they provide excellent customer service in the unlikely event that things go wrong. There have been some excellent deals on offer of late from all of them (SRS; Park; WEX).

Cables for chargers are inexpensive and available from Amazon, I've purchased EU and US cables for less than £3. Much better than using adaptors.
Sometimes electronics are supplied with UK and EU cords.
Otherwise no difference apart from the fact the manual will be in the wrong language.

Although the seller is based in Hong Kong they have a UK warehouse in Northern Ireland, so they must get around import duties, also any warranty returns are to the Ireland address.
