Inserting images to a new topic
Their interface is not perfect, but very easy to upload a photo, and then copy its URL to insert into your new topic.
Image will auto-open
John R did a tutorial on this some years back - maybe it's time he did it again.

It should be fine, but it must be a JPEG image and not too big. I use 1000 pixels wide and the forum changes this to fit, but it doesn't seem to noticeably degrade quality.

Image size makes no difference. I upload original full size JPEG images stored on my PC hard drive and the upload process re-sizes them automatically to display in the Forum. Works every time for me, no problems.
It would be helpful to know the following from those having problems uploading images:
- Which PC Operating System are you using?
- Which Web Browser and version number are you using?
- Are you trying to upload an image stored on your hard drive, or are you trying to link to an image on a website?
- Do you get any error messages after clicking the 'insert image' button

Hi peter
Sorry to see you are having problems inserting images
I use vista home premium 32 bit and IE7 it won't let me upgrade to IE9
So I put on chrome and that seems to solve it
