You might need to check the file to make sure it's a JPEG and the extension is right. Upload again if needs be, there's no reason why it shouldn't show if it's a JPEG.
I'll delete that one as we can't see it anyway. Not sure if you can upload again, maybe it will need to be tomorrow.

No idea but it's a well seen image. What was it taken with as it looks a little murky and pixelated ?
