Might be your ISP blocking it. If you google the topic, can you view the cached version of the page? Your ISP should fail to block the cached copy, if that's what's happening.

If it's blocked then the blocking is very specific because i can open all the other topics on this forum and this the first time having this problem.

I expected better of you Stefan, that looks like a bug report from a computer-illiterate person
As I'm sure you know, diagnosis of the problem will need more info than "it doesn't open". Any error message? Checked your logs? Does the browser not open at all or is it just a blank page?

Thanks Tim but it's all just that, i get a blank page and nothing loads in that page, not even the small PU icon in the tab. All i get is a blank page without an error.

I think you've got something filtering out URL's with possibly the word "advertising" at your end

Seems that the forum software just uses the 1st letter and the dash (-) and number at the end, ignoring the rest of the title.
