Just to add to JR's comment...
I copied all three sets of firmware (Q, 01, 02) onto one card, and went into the Firmware menu - twice with 01 Standard Prime (body + lens), and once with 02 Standard Zoom.
Quicker than updating a K-5

The Q is very capable but personally I wouldn't swap a Kr for a Q.

There should be an option called something like Check Firmware Details. This will show the firmware for the body and the currently attached lens. The lateat version for the body and both lenses is 1.01 so if it says 1.00 you should update.
If you Google Pentax Q Firmware 1.01 you should get the link to the firmware on the Pentax site. Instructions are very easy to follow. I did the body, then the prime, then the zoom.
