Had a week in Wales, not the best time for photography with the family ect. Got one or two though.

'As the Clouds Roll In' and 'Great Orme Tramway' are real good photographs, snappy'.

All very nice shots, I love the second and fourth in particular. The first would have been a winner for me if only the tree didn't cut the edge of the frame. It's still a good shot, but I think it would have been great with all of the tree in view.

The Land Rover shot would obviously be like a modern day equivalent to the horse and cart, and so I see this image in a new way, it's another good one.
I often have battles within my mind in how I see cars in the landscapes of today...
For instance, in the future when all is anti-gravitic, cars of today will be looked upon more fondly and reverently in photographs, I guess.

Typically strong and varied set from you . To be different, I'm liking #5 of all these.

I share the pain of family holiday imperatives vs 'togs urges...

I like these Steve (as commented on flickr) - nice varied set - good work
K10D, K5 plus plenty of clueless enthusiasm.

Although I like the Great Orme tram photo, the Land Rover shot is the best composition, in my opinion; it's just that the vignette effect is a bit too heavy for my taste (but I can see why you might have used it).

'As the clouds roll in' is my favourite here snappy. Colour saturation is too much for my tastes on some of the others - particularly when titled 'Welsh Slate' a more realistic roof colour would have had me happier.

Hate the frames.

Really like the tram shot , but love the last one, the roofs!

#1, #2and #4 a nice but well worn compositions, but the roof shot is something a bit different and immediately caught my eye

Agree, thumbs down to the frames. Are looking at the image or a fancy frame?

The rooftops are perfect, excellent powerful shot.
Best regards, John
