From comments recently on a shot I posted of a Power Station, then maybe I would crop of a lot of the foreground? Also possibly a littl of the right hand of the shot?
Whichever this is still a commendable shot.

As Gareth tends to think the same, would you consider a 'recrop' and post again?

Think it could well improve the already great shot.

It's taken some of the floating debris out of the shot as well.

The original is fine. Almost golden ratio/3rds. A nice curve to the tree line. The sun appearing in the water and not in the sky. The twigs in the water giving you a clue. Yup original for me please. (maybe a slice off the right hand side, not a lot though).
Lurking is shirking.!

Thanks again everyone for the comments - I'm glad there were proponents of both posted versions (with helpful, constructive advice), as it gives me a better appreciation of the diverse perspectives here - all of which are valuable. These are all opportunities for improvement. Much appreciated!
