Help please

I may be way off on this but I have one photograph Im struggling to fix in photoshop elements, its from a friends birthday party and its a family one which would be good if i could get the levels right, can i post a RAW file on here to see if anyone can tell me what to do with it?

Well have to say I am struggling with that one, you caught them with the full force of the flash there didn't you

dammit to the bowels of bloody hell. i had removed my external flash as it wasnt firing up quickly enough so i switched to the built in flash but forgot to add the diffuser. i might get away with changing it to black and white.

Just about to suggest that.

You will need to do a bit more (shine on forehead etc) but it should be ok.

thanks, I should be able to zoom right in and try and dampen out the shine.
talk about learning as you go.
