It pays to always check the images that are actually going into the HDR program or it's possible to produce an image of the inside and outside of the church. Just a bit of a cockup this morning which I thought I'd share Needs a bit of deghosting I think

Needs the Ghostbusters more like it! Looks like the kind of place to find some spirits on the loose ....or was it you that lost control of the spirits !?

What an amazing concoction. Funny that the software can't stop and tell you the images are different. Nice shot though ...perhaps a little too HDRish for most tastes!

Ha Ha Nigel. Yes I thought the green looked a bit frisky too. The software I was using was Photomatix and after the first blend I thought "That's a bit abstract". If I've made someone smile today my work is done

Looks like those spirits may not have been in the church but out of a bottle !
Whatever, it was well worth posting for general entertainment.
And remember ......

I'm pleased it's created a bit of enjoyment. Have I discover a new blending mode? Should I be charging per view

Depending on the judge, that could be a winner Stan

At least we get to see the inside and the outside both at the same time, bit spooky

@AlanI think all the judges would deduct marks for the "frisky" green. Got an image of a Northumberland farm marked down because there was a lot of green in it
@Maria Well it is the same church so full marks for that.

i quite like it. Try flogging them the rights to it for use as a fundraising postcard

I really like this, in particular the way the pews direct you to the spire

think it is great, like an opening shot for Monty Python or similar. you could just call it a montage
