Hi guys,
I've just joined the Pentax forum. My first Pentax was a Spotmatic I bought in the late 1960's. I now have my fifth model, a K-7. By far the best Pentax I've owned. I'm still coming to grips with it. Although its Spring here, the weather has been lousy with snow blocking major highways. I can't wait to get out and use the K-7

Whereabouts in NZ are you? One of my friends has emmigrated there a couple of years ago, lives in Tuakau.

I'd love to go there.

Thanks to all those Pentax users who gave me such a warm welcome. I have added a shot of New Zealand and will add more. My kit includes a K10D, K-7 and Samsung Digimax V4. Plus Marumi 28-210mm f4.2-6.5, Tokina AT-X 80-400mm f4.5-5.6, Pentax 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 DA, Pentax 50mm Macro f2.8, Sigma 35mm f2.8, Ross Auto 135mm f2.8, Tamron-F AF 2 X Teleconverter, A selection of 13 Cokin 'P' series filters.
