Forum help: Message stuck in outbox?

I am just trying to reply to another forum member here, but it seems my message keeps on sitting in the outbox forever. Is that the message system or something on my side, does anyone know?

I think it stays there until the recipient reads it.

It sits in your outbox until it read by the recipient. That way you can edit it at anytime. Seems to work fine to me.
