Fabulous photos with a quality to them that's difficult to put my finger on. In some, they almost look like you are about to be run over. Thanks for posting

Nice set, good panning. 4,6 and 7 my preferred shots as I like the angle better with the cars about to run you over lol.

Excellent action shots with a lens not normally used for motorsport.
What makes them particularly good is that your panning prowess has allowed you to capture sharp car bodies
against an OOF background, whilst still capturing movement in the wheels, which makes all the difference as the cars don't look 'static'.
Particularly like the blue Anglia shots...soft spot for these as was my first car.

I didn't find much difference in the overall weight and handling to be honest, but that could be because I have only used my K3 II three times since the first lockdown as all racing was cancelled. I do like the buttons on the side that allow you to change the AF Mode and the SR Mode. The shutter release button is very sensitive when in drive mode though, I think it'll get some getting used to. The view finder is excellent too.

Couple of tech questions, what was your shutter speed and did you turn off SR whilst panning or leave it on?

It is possible to see shutter speed and aperture for each photo from it's exif data. You may require a browser extension to see that.

I tried the SR Panning mode during one of the banger races and I couldn't see what real difference it made so I just turned it off altogether, which is my default setting for motor sports anyway.

So good, well done. High level of skill on display there, regardless of the camera.

Apart from a slight crop to get rid of some excess background all these images are straight off the camera.
