Wow that's really cheap. Just bought this for my Irix, bit cheaper than their own 95mm C-PL.

Have you tried it out yet, I'm curious about how a cpl will work on a 15mm ff.

Awaiting it to turn up so I can try it. Cheapest place I've seen theirs is here @ £134

Seen quite a few images on Flickr using a cpl on the Irix.
The edge holder goes into the lens hood mount, the screw in cpl mounts into the filter thread so not connected and the front element doesn't rotate so you can then polarise and have 2 X 100mm filters attached.
Will update when it gets here

Yep, it was garbage and packed up ready to be returned via eBay item not as described.
A "pro slim mount" filter is what the listing said..

Hmm, that's not slim vignetted heavy on the lens.
Also, the listing said it would arrive in the original packaging ...

A generic plastic filter container and some bubble wrap! Yeah, that's exactly how Kood intended to package their filters!
I'm half guessing it's an unbranded CPL that's had some lettering stamped on it.

Yep, that's my thoughts too, ah well at least you should get your refund. So no real great loss. It was definitely worth a try. 👍👍👍

I just looked on the Kood website and they list three circular polarisers, just one from China at 40mm (no picture), the other two from Japan 43mm & 86mm. All very cheap and not specially slim.
Slim PLs can be a beggar to unscrew, I keep filter grips in my bag now after having to keep a PL on all day when it refused to budge. I wish someone would introduce a press and twist action but an alternative is the magnetic type although I don’t think those go up to 95mm.
