displaying K30 on TV screen or tablet

hello,
there is a "PC/TV" output on the K30, and i have found a cable that goes in (some sort of USB cable), which i plugged into my TV (via USB), but i can see folders and that's it.
I would like to see in live view what the camera is capturing (like the live view mode of the camera back screen but displayed on my TV), is there a way to do that? I think there is a cable that has the plug with the yellow/white to plug on the TV, this might work - but i would need to buy it (unless it came with the camera, would have to dig the box)
in the same "field", it would be handy to display it on a tablet as well, reason i need this is because i am filming myself and it's really annoying not to see what i am filming.
i couldnt find anything on the other Pentax forum nor on the internet - which seems strange

That will do it. At one time one was supplied with the cameras.

I use such a lead into a digital projector as well to do teaching sessions on how to set up a camera. It will display all the menus, in fact whatever the camera screen is showing.

It did come in the box, but I'm not sure it still does.

Nither my K-r or K-30 came with the video lead, just a standard USB lead. My K-100 did video lead. The lead that came the K-100 worked with the K-r and K-30 also.
