I have put in my pre-order, aware that there is no risk if there are not enough backers, and that it is possible that I will receive a small sensor version if less than 2000 backers are identified.

Lets hope we can make this project a reality. You never know, maybe a 110 silicon film might follow!

Yes I'd be tempted, I did read stuff about a similar idea years ago but it never got of the ground but maybe this one will . the lack of a screen is not a problem to me I seldom look at a photo out in the field on me old K100....I think I will have to get the MX serviced before I commit .... that could be tricky ....jeff...

I think it's a great idea but only with at least an APSC sized sensor and ideally ff. I would want to properly look at the results first too. Until then it's only an idea.

So far it has received almost 4% of its fundraising target with not much longer to go. So it will go nowhere.

But I wish it well.

It worries me a little, i dont think i can remember how to use my old Pentax LX. I can see the fun in turning the clock back but will it be to fiddly???

It's a great idea: I'd love to use my Contax 139 again but only with a full-frame sensor to obtain full benefit from my wide-angle lenses. But this sounds too good to be true, sadly.
Best wishes,

Andrew

Fully agree, however without our support this product will never reach market. If we can all prove a market for this product, then it is more likely that a second generation model will be seen, one with a bigger sensor.
