dead pixel in sensor

I noticed a dead pixel in my photos tonight, and wondered if anyone else had the same prob, i have a k200d.
Also if anyone knows anthing about the pixel mapping, and will it fix the pixel, any help will be most greatfull thanks.

CAMERAS = k200d + battery grip.
nikon d300 + battery grip.

Pixel remapping should effectively fix the problem.

Also you could shoot in RAW and use Silkypix Developer Studio which automatically removes (disguises) hot and stuck pixels.
