DA*200 and DA*300

I have both, the DA*300 is sharp wide open, great lens. The DA*200 has issues with purple fringing wide open in high contrast situations but still a great lens. Test:

the DA*300 is an absolute gem. I absolutely love it. Sharp and constrasty and light (compared to the competition)

however if you search wildlife shots with DA300 you won't get stunning ones!
But if you try with DA200 well...
And in PPG premiere too i saw just a couple of shots with DA300, easily surpassed by FA 80-320!
Anyway it's too expensive for me, so it is just talking

I've learned over a long period of time that the perceived sharpness/IQ of a lens is as much about light as other factors when simply comparing different images in the real world.

You can't draw a conclusion unless you have tried the *300!...It is a superb lens!

I've tried them both for a day and my favourite was the DA*200, found it the best out of all the DA* lenses.
I was the most disappointed in the DA*60-250 actually...

The DA*300 i've only seen on the web, and in PentaxGallery too.
