Consumer laws in the UK

Useful information there Matt, thanks for the tip

Just remember that your consumer rights are not the same as your warranty. So if you do call up and they say you're out of warranty you will need to ask who you need to talk to for settling the dispute underthe Sales of goods act, or whatever you're claiming under.
