Well, as long as it's used in an editorial sense, then there should be no problem. Search Alamy for any trademark/name and you'll get a huge variety of pics: Coke, Guinness, Pentax...
I believe there are restrictions, in that you can't just upload a photo that is the logo or trademark (ie. nothing but the Guinness logo), but if constitutes just a part of the image that's fine.
