Colour in a local park

Lots of woodland in Beaumont Park, though a bit wild in places, too, particularly alongside the long-disused railway line. Still, good light lifts the dullest areas. Hope these appeal! I set out with my K-3 and for some reason my DA* 50-135, largely because I hadn't used it for some time and it felt a bit neglected. Probably not the ideal lens for the spot I ended up in, but with a bit of "social distancing" from the subjects, it didn't let me down! All comments welcome as always.

Well we're certainly getting an autumnal colours treat this month - too many good ones to chose a favourite, but the leaf colour in 3 and 7 is so beautifully vibrant

Great autumn colours all round. I like the depth of No 6 given by the sunlit background and lead in paths through the trees. I also like the height given by the parallel lines of the trees in no 7.

Thanks for your comment, both. Paul, I'm glad you mention no.7 - your thoughts match mine exactly!
