Cashback

Has anyone had their cashback paid yet? I forgot to send the copy of the receipt in so they called about a month ago and gave me a reference. I then sent it in and have heard no more. Anyone have a contact number?

Got mine last week.

They rang me up before Christmas because like a plank I put my card number not my account number on the claim.

I called them back on 0844 7702206.

Yes i got my cashback paid into my bank account within 2 weeks of sending the claim form.

Yes got mine about two weeks ago too, I posted my paperwork by Recordered delivery to make sure it got there.

Purchased a K5 on 31st Dec 2011 from Jessops. Had to purchase through them so I can get it via financing interest free and get the £90 cashback. It says on their website that stocks "usually" arrive in 10 days. Being the impatient person that I am, called them several times yesterday, but the waiting time was too long, gave up.

Called them again today, finally got to to talk to somebody. I was advised by Jessops that K5 stocks are estimated to come in 4 weeks! Yeah, what about my cashback? I was told to contact Pentax.

Pentax was more helpful, they took my details and sent it to the company handling the cashback advising that they will accept my late claim. Im going to be sending two cashback forms, one without the serial but with proof of purchase before the deadline and the second when Jessops source me a K5.

Someone might find this info useful. Anyone here have any recommendations on what I can do here?

Simple really terms are you purchase camera before 31st December and claim before 15th jan 2012

Claim form asks for a serial number. Since I won't get the camera before the 15th Jan, it becomes a bit more complicated, for me (and some others probably).

Nice to hear that man. On my end, it's been positive as well. Got Pentax UK to send me an email confirming that they will honour my cashback application even if I send it in February, which is when Pentax is expecting shipments of K5 cameras to drop.

I didn't realise they need a copy of the receipt...has everybody sent that?

Me too receipt and form, I even sent it recorded delivery!
