yes the registration numbers certainly don't stop working after March 31, I only got around to installing mine last weekend and it worked fine.
It is possible (likely?) that new stock now doesn't come with numbers, but if you can get a card which was shipped to the seller before March 31 then you'll get a number and it should work.

well it hasnt been answered definitively as far as I know. If it has please let me know where.
I asked on another thread and someone said it was probably alright, but it still wasnt definitive.
...........sorry about not rhyming it must be a terrible disappointment, but I wouldnt want to inflict any spur of the moment doggerel...
