Bamfords

Lest it be thought I am a tractor nut - I'm not - what appealed were the curves and colours and the detail these guys went to when they made a tractor (in fact a mower attached to a tractor). Almost craftsmanship and I was tempted to enter it in the competition.

Craftsmanship indeed. Presumably Bamfords was the forerunner to JCB. I saw Mr Bamford receive a Doctorate at University of Warwick about 12 years ago. He had build the JCB company from a start in converting ex army vehicles.
