I like to send him email , because I am not so good in English when it comes to technical photo terms. I like to have it in written so that I can translate it if needed. Same goes when I have to ask a question to someone, it is more convenient for me to have some time to compose an email and correct mistakes rather than embarrass myself speaking in person.

He has my DA* 16-50 at the moment with SDM issues. Hoping to have it back soon.

Guys are in the process of moving to Hendon. They've referred my FA 77mm Ltd to John Pye.

No mention of Pramath, name on bottom of email was Peter Emanuel.
Z-1p, K-1, P50

It's Peter I communicated with previously for repair of an MX.

I have used them recently to repair a black MES. The service was good. Camera returned in a week which is a very good turnaround. All emails have been answered within 24 hours and Peter is great to speak to on the phone.

Now that Robin has fully retired (even for friends), they are the best place for specialist repairs such as the LX and as I understand it, also deal with digital.
