Work on our new kitchen is moving forward. However it will be at least Monday before the tiling is complete and we can set foot in the place. We are maxed out on take away curry, so tonight it was a Tesco meal deal. The bad news is we forgot to open the wine.

Can you really be maxed out on curry? I would have thought you'd need to eat curry for every night for, oh, say a year.
After that point you might want a fish supper instead!

We've just bought a new car. Gulp.
Brand spanking new, not the young secondhand one we were thinking of getting. It was cheaper to buy a new one than the identical 1 year old car.
I just hope we've done the right thing. Lots of money involved in such a purchase.
A Ford Focus wagon with a 1 litre, 3 cylinder engine.
We get it on Friday hopefully. Depends on the tow bar being in stock for it.

Wagon=Estate Car,3 cylinder? I don't think so, having worked for FoMoCo for almost 37 years, Ford has never produced a 3 cylinder engine to my knowledge, and at only 1 ltr, any wagon/estate car would be very under powered, even a 1.3 would be under powered on a Focus platform!

Roscoe: Definitely 1 litre, 3 cylinder 95 HP aka Eco-Boost Engine. An engineering wonder. Look it up - even the new Mondeo will be available with it.
Barrie - thanks for asking, the rash is gone, the pain lingers on. I
I've stopped the heavyweight painkillers as I was sleeping and tripping all the time and hated that. Now back on Ibuprofen and paracetamol. Just about controlling things, and it can only get better from here. Can't it???

...and good value.
We have a proper curry on a Friday...
K110+DA40, K200+DA35, K3 and a bag of lenses, bodies and other bits.
Mustn't forget the Zenits, or folders, or...
PPG entries.
