Technically - I agree excellent photos.
I for one would much prefer that the photo opportunities of many had never arisen

Excellent photos as stated - sad we need to be voyeurs at so much death, suffering and destruction.
I too would rather have not had many of the entries be of shameful and cowardly events but I suppose that is what reportage is.
I`ll stick to Cyril, the family and my limited visions of the world thanks .

Lots of tapping on the window for nuts until the weather turned nasty - nipples all red and obviously well used - the youngsters may come and visit - we shall see........................

Can we please stop the relentless photography talk and get back to the usual nonsense.

Planning on curry and beer for supper!

I've been working full time looking after GCSE and A-level exams, boring but should pay for a new Tamron 70-200mm f2.8 with any luck...

Don't you just love nature.

At the end of January I planted seed for tomatoes in my greenhouse.
After a month nothing. I planted more and still nothing germinated.
I threw the compost into a corner of the garden, bit the bullet and bought some plants.
Then I find :-

My eldest son has just asked if I want to go sailing for three days at the end of the month. They have an individual trip arranged but only two people have booked for it. Since they will be travelling from Switzerland they are going to do the trip, but have lot of empty berths. So if I can get the dog sorted I shall be going. If my husband wants to go as well then I shall have to book the dog into kennels if he doesn't go the dog will just have to put up with a few long days alone.
He has asked my other two sons as well, but I doubt they can get the time off.

Only fly in the ointment is I don't speak German and my French is terrible. Ah well it will still be good. Hopefully we'll have some good sailing weather, so we don't have to motor too much.
