Your mobile was turned on?

My wife's usually has a flat battery, it'd be quicker contacting her by carrier penguin!

Yup, but it's an old house with thick walls. Can't hear it ringing from living room to kitchen!

Bronica MF gear is being acquired. In the slightly odd position of being able to afford a lens which was too cheap to ignore and a grip in a similar situation, but not the camera to go between them yet (two weeks or so to go).

I have been looking for an adapter, believe it or not! They exist for Pentax 645 or 6x7 lenses to fit a K mount but I can't find any reference to a Bronica ETRS-K mount one. I did find a photo of one someone had made, but no advice on how they'd made it.

I guess the obvious one is to look for a cheap broken Bronica body and swipe the lens mount, then combine it with one of the spare K mounts I have from broken lenses.

SRB-Griturn would probably made an adapter for you, but be sitting down when you read the quote.

I've heard tales of their prices before, sounds distinctly as if you'd only bother having one made if you desperately needed to fit this lens to that body (and couldn't do the job with a lens/body combination which you can fit together easily).

Or in other words I'm better off financially buying the Bronica and tracking down the 35mm back for it, if I want to shoot 35mm film using those lenses!

baked the speaker boxes today and saw how crappy the finish isn't but is... and with the news that we're moving to a different floor, I've decided to cut my losses and re-fill and repaint. The filler is drying now and the new colour is sunflower yellow.. will have to check the RAL number. Thing is, the offices on the new floor have *vivid* red walls, so too much blue is not good. So it's blue lamp, red walls and yellow speakers

We had fish and chips for dinner. I happened to mention to Mrs Oggy that I couldn't remember the last time we had been to the chippy and her face lit up. Not the best I have had ever, but still nice. A tasty bottle of cider with it and alls well at Oggy towers.
