Got to get fit and lose some weight!

I can live without espresso , but I simply cannot live without coffee .
I've drunk black coffee - the way it was intended to be - since returning home by train from France in 1959 when I had the joy of an individual filter on my cup . That was a first for me and I've drunk my coffee that way ever since.

I have drunk my coffee strong and black since my days as a computer operator. I grind my own beans too. We have an excellent coffee roaster near us so I can get freshly roasted coffee in small quantities. yummy.
Phoned about the washing machine - next Monday sometime between 8am and 6 pm is when they'll come. I have convinced them to phone 30 minutes before they come so I can walk the dogs as normal.
Son working all day so no chance of getting any washing done.
And now my b*&&^% car won't start. Garage can look at it on Thursday, assuming I can ever get it going again.
I need another holiday!
Maybe your Jumbulance (love that name!) can pick up a Gwyn in total collapse on it's way through Techno .
