lousy weather today, took my daughter to guide camp, she;s a leader, and laughed at the fact her troop had their tents ready whilst others were trying to pitch in wind and rain.

I know who's going to be dry tonight!
Weve not heard from her for a while Dave, have you nicked her cameras, or did we all frighten her off at Thorp Perrow?

Had a 16hour delay from Alicante once, you need happy tablets after the first 5 hours, did you pack any?

Nope, and the coffee shop isn't open either.

Can you claim on your travel insurance for pre-flight psychological disorders?

Not really. No one at fault, it was just my lift to the airport had to be there early and my flight was a later one. Given the airport was about 80 miles from where I was staying a taxi was not an option, and I haven't seen a bus since I arrived in North Dakota. Oh well, at least Bismarck airport has free wifi.

Is North Dakota a state settled by German immigrants then?

It's not not fair, I did not unsubscribe, so I have had five pages to catch up,anyway, not with standing oil spills and children in trouble,[how come the parents always walk away unscathed and never ever seem to be at fault ??]

Whoo went to pick up a Tammy 10- 24 and the shop chucked in 55-300 for sub £180 seemed like a good deal,so I took it. way sharper than my Sigma 28-300 at the top end,of course the filter threads are all different so now I have to buy step down/ step ups but its all fun and now I can have fun trying out the two new glasses
Magic meal out tonight, we had a waiter who actually poured the wine before the glasses were empty, plus the food was exceptionally good,
out,

Sorry about this, but I was reading this and listening to Radio Hauraki (google it if you like classic rock) and this came on. Everyone should hear a tune this good.

Pink Floyd, ah yes, I bet Kris could have done with some of that to pass the time in the waiting room.

Honesty's a little bit busy with her boyfreind and guides at the moment. She's got my Optio with her on camp but whether the pictures will be worth posting is another story...

Finished wall papering the ceiling in the attic, now I need to paint.

That can wait until tomorrow. Can I borrow your skip Gareth?

Papering ceilings, sounds like pure pain. Gravity sucks! and if you have hard gravity you don`t stand a hope. Still it saves wasting a bank holidat weekend
